This is Joseph. You can get ActiveSync 3.8 from the HumanWare site. Goto www.braillenote.com, click on the link BrailleNote downloads. Navigate around the page until you see ActiveSync 3.7 or so. With ActiveSync 3.8, you can still sync Meistro. I hope this information may help you.
