Hi Terry, I made some bad typos in that message to which you replied. <Smile> Like I said yesterday, I typed and sent without proofreading, something I usually don't do unless I'm exhausted. I meant to say that I have had success downloading pretty much anything with a computer, or PC, but I still have all the same downloading issues as KC, Richard V, Sarah V, Robert, Stacey, and several others. We're all trying to solve this problem, and the more we uncover and discuss, the more information HW has to work with, and the sooner this problem might get solved. It's a particularly nasty problem, mainly because it's only happening on certain units, so we're trying to isolate what makes our units different from those who can download multiple files without failure. Again, sorry for my bad typing and the confusion it caused, and I hope this clears things up for you.

This way you might be able to trace the problem. Is it the BN or is it something people are doing wrong. I am still learning NLS by way of the computer so I can not help you. Just a suggestion. Terry Powers We are never going to reach the heart of the problem if we just discuss the problems and do not try to find its cause. Go for it Sarah. You can do it! I have tested BookShare into the ground with a C, and it never failed to download, not once, and never gave me a file I couldn't unpack successfully. I had my Mom test it running an mPower with KS7 which hadn't been transplanted, and she got excellent results, no incomplete downloads and no invalid passwords. Bookshare is working as it always has, as far as I have test, since it started. What did the message say in speech, according to your listener, when you downloaded a file? Have you tested other sites besides BookShare, and if so, what were the messages you got then? I'm just trying to nail this down.
