Dear Listers,
The question that was asked was "Is there an advantage to using
SD Cards over CF Card?" At this current point there isn't really
an advantage of which storage device one decides to use. But, I
suspect just by looking at storage devices in the last few years.
First we had the floppy disk which son became obsolete, then the
COULD which will soon become obsolete, and so on you got the
picture. The floppy got replaced with the thumb drive. The
COULD's are getting to get replaced by DVD's. Soon the Compact
Flash Cards will get replaced by the SAID Cards. We aren't even
able to use CF cards to upgrade the mPower anymore it went to
only allowing the SAID cards to be used. So it is better in the
long run to use SAID Cards.
Regard
Kevin
