Paul, it will not format because the unit cannot see a sd card
because the slot is not working.

I have been able to get to a point where I can see the files in
my
folders on the sd card.
What I am having a problem with now, is that I can open a file
read it
do whatever I want with it.
If I try moving files or copying files from the compact flash
card to
the sd card, it says the media is right protected, and if I try
opening any of my database files on the sd card, it says the
handle is
invalid.
I hope someone can help.
