Hello,
What you would do, is go to the e-mail program, press w for write
an e-mail, and it will say send to, press backspace with l and
that puts you into your address list, space down until you hear
title, or if you have a group of people with the same last name,
or with the same first name, or however you have it in your
address list, for example, I have a list of members in my local
NFB chapter, so I would go to the title, and type the name of the
chapter, and it will say 26 names were selected, send to all, and
you can press y for yes or n for no and then decide who to send
to, when you are done, press space with e and you can also send
to someone else, or go down to the subject and then attach a
file, and then the body, and when you are ready you can then send
it and it will go to all of those you selected.

I understand you would put "NFB" or "bookclub" in the "title
Field" in your address book. However, in which E-Mail field do
you put "NFB" or whatever your List is called?
(Is it the "Subject" field?)
