Hi,
You would put that in your "send to" field.
Rhonda's and Robert's explanation sounds very workable but I haven't
had time to try it yet.
If I understood them correctly, let's say you have ten people that
you want to send the same message to and you had put NFB in the title
field for each of them in your address list; when you start your new
E-mail message, on the send to field hit backspace+l or control+l and
you will be given the chance to pick which field from the address
book you want to use. So, spacebar your way to the title field and
type nfb and hit enter. KeyMail will say "ten records selected, send
to all selected records?"
Hit y and go from there as you would in any E-mail message.
It looks like it will work perfectly. I will test it after I get
some people entered with E-mail addresses and a common title, or whatever.
Have fun,
Richard

Hi Terry, Rhonda, Richard, et al,
I understand you would put "NFB" or "bookclub" in the "title Field"
in your address book. However, in which E-Mail field do you put
"NFB" or whatever your List is called?
(Is it the "Subject" field?)
