The SD card came with the BN itself -- attached to a paper identifying itself. I think it's in right -- with the ridges down?

Please! Martha, try the reset with dots 4-5 again, and right afterword, press b, dots 1-2. This should get the process going. Also, is your product key installed, and are you sure your SD card is the right size and has been formatted? Please! I e-mailed support, but maybe while I'm waiting for them (since they may be busy) I'll ask if someone on the list can help. I'm desperate! I got my BN-m-power yesterday and have enjoyed it but I'm afraid I've broken it. As recommended, I wanted to upgrade the Keysoft via the flash card. I plugged the BN into the AC, (not air conditioner)! turned it on, display and speech were all ready. Put the flash card in (I think I did it right) the BN said the flash card had been received, I pressed the reset button plus dots 4 and 5, the machine beeped, then went dead. I can't get it to respond, and the instructions said I'd hear sounds that it was loading right. I hope I didn't break it.
