You must download your key and install it. Unless things have changed, your bootloader should be on the SD card. It was on the one sent to me.
You may, however, have to reformat your SD card before it will work. I would suggest that you download your key, install the key, then try to begin the upgrade. If the machine seems to stop after the first two steps, the "reset with 4-6 - wait for beeps then keys 1-2" then you need to reformat your card. Ask us for directions if this is the case.
