Hi Stanley,

   when the machine says "cannot run this version of keysoft" it's usually 
because it doesn't think you're allowed to - i.e. there's a problem with 
the key.  The good news is that once you have the correct key, you should 
just be able to type it in the machine will be fine.

when we type in keys, they usually look like this : 
CAAABA-JBKOEM-KOGEKP-PJAMFN-BJBA but I think for upgrades it works 
slightly differently.  I guess the key should be available from the 
website somewhere, I can ask further, or I'm sure there are lots of people 
on this list who have upgraded recently ..
