This is Joseph. When you are using ActiveSync, you are not using File Manager on the BN to transfer files. You use Windows Explorer to transfer files. Go to Windows Explrer and navigate to a item, "Mobile Device." Press enter and you'll see the contents of the KeySoft System Disk. Navigate to the file or folder that you wish to transfer and copy, move, paste, rename it if you wish. I hope this information may help you.
