This is Joseph. Make sure that ActiveSync has recognized your BrailleNote.
Navigate to the file that you wish to copy, and press CTRL+C to copy it.
Navigate back to My Computer and select an item that says, Mobile Device.
Navigate to the desired folder, say Flash Disk/General, press CTRL+V to
paste it. A Note on navigation on BrailleNote's disk structure: After you
select Mobile Device, you'll see that all folders of the KeySoft System Disk
are displayed. You'll also notice that Flash Disk, or any other devices, are
listed a s a folder. This is the actual drive. This portion is called My
Device folder, similar to My Computer on Windows. When you wish to copy a
file to Flash Disk or a storage card, select Flash Disk, Storage Card, or
CompactFlash item. I hope this information may help you.
