Hi Jose, if you go to "My Computer" there should be a "mobile device" entry there, if you have activeSync running. You can treat this like any other drive or device, and copy a file from the hard drive to the BrailleNote. If you explain how you try to do the copy and what happens, including any error messges we should be able to help you.
