Hi, I am still in shock and sadden about this news and I know that dean will
be missed. His is a name that I am use to seeing everyday when I check my
email and I will miss his helpful tips.

I deeply regret that this has happened; at first I didn't believe it when I
saw the e-mail. Dean's was always such a familiar name to me; he was on my
email, on the Pulsedata site, everywhere. I remember once, he helped a
friend and I resolve a technical issue, even though he had to call us on his
own time to do it. He was patient and courteous and extremely helpful, and
didn't treat us like foolish children, even though we were, at the time,
only fifteen years old. Dean was an amiable, generous person and we will all
miss him very much and remember his kind ways forever.
