I couldn't believe it when I first read it today.
I always looked for Dean's messages on the list as the definitive answer to
everything braillenote.
And how sad that a young guy like Dean should be taken from the earth when
he had so much life to live yet.
I never got a chance to talk to him personally, but he helped me many times
as a new braille note user.
He was always patient with me and made sure I knew how to get out of any jam
I had gotten myself into.
I will miss being able to write to him for his excellent help.

Subject: [Braillenote] DEAN, you will be truly missed

Wow, I can't believe it.

Dean has personally helped me with so many issues with my BN.
I live in Tucson Arizona and I would call him rather than wait hours on the
phone with the CAL folks.

He would go way out of his way to help me.
As I'm not a PC user, he spent time talking to my administrative assistant
and together we solved many problems.

Dean even called me on Saturday with a late breaking technical work around
he thought of.
The BN family, and our online community will really miss Dean's dedication.

I'm probably off topic, but I wanted to share my thoughts on Dean.

If there is a Tech Support Team up in heaven Dean has already joined the
best of the best.
