I am not getting a warning that my battery is low though. It goes from 30 percent to shutting off in less then a half an hour. No warning not even one. ANd when it shut off i had to reset my clock and such. anoying

If I am reading a book using speech nonstop, the battery lasts 4 hours
before I get the battery low message and another hour until I get the
battery critical message. By then, I had 0 per cent. And I had two cards
plugged in, too. But my battery usually lasts longer than that but I don't
think it lasts 20 hours, like the manual says.

: Rachael and list,
:
: I personally wouldn't be worried about the numbers. Just pay attention to
: how long your battery functions between charges. If you are getting ten
to
: fifteen hours, you are doing very well I'd say. Various types of cards
and
: drives as well as going wireless will quickly drain the battery. I
drained
: mine once in five hours but I was on wireless all that time but when I
just
: take care of written stuff in my unit, I go at least ten to fifteen hours.
: If your battery is properly calibrated, it only takes two hours or so to
: charge up to a hundred percent so I wouldn't be too worried if I were you.
