Hi Tiffany:  I've noticed mine changes pitch on one person's specific email
address.  I can read their email, but when it gives me the address, my BN
speeds up.  It makes me suspect it's the way things are written.  I usually
don't have to reset, generally I can go to the main menu.  Sometimes, I will
change me speech rate up one, then bring it back down.  It is kind of
strange, though.
