Hello,
They didn't say what was causing it, they just said they found
the problem and have created a fix for it.

Robert,
This is Jospeh. Good News. What did HumanWare say about this
issue? What was
causing it?

Subject: [Braillenote] planner
Hello List,
I have some exciting news to share with everyone.
Some of you may know, that I was having problems with my
braillenote
planner, I would schedule appointments with alarms and they would
go off
just fine.
But if I scheduled an appointment and then did a reset of any
kind, I would
not receive the scheduled appointment with its larm.
Well, I gave my unit to Humanware, and they have been working
tirelessly on
this issue, and I am pleased to say, that they have found the
issue, and the
next release of Keysoft will have a fix in it for this problem.
Regards,
Robert
