Thank you very much. Believe me, nothing sounds crazy, at this point. I can tell you, I'm not in one handed mode.At 02:11 PM 4/26/2006, you wrote:
This may sound crazy, but make sure you are not in one handed mode. If you are, nothing will work. I have been there. If I ever have any trouble, that is the first thing I check. In one handed mode the keys do not work like they normally do.
The machine will act dead.
Just a posibility.

Have you tried doing any other type of resets, not including a standard
reset? Some of hte other sesets you may be able to perform are these: cold
reset, hard reset, and service reset. I will give the BT mPower command for
each of these below-
Cold Reset: press and hold dots 1, 2, 3, and reset, while still holding down
the keys until you hear a chime or something displays in Braille.
Hard Reset: Hold down dots 4, 5, 6, and press the reset button, while still
holding down the keys, until you hear a chime or something displays in
Braille.
Service Reset: Hold down the record button and the reset button at the same
time, until something displays or an audible tone, then release both record
button and reset button at the sametime.
I hope one of these resolve the issue you are currently facing.
P.S. if i were you I would go through the resets in sequential order from
regular reset, cold reset, hard reset, and service reset.
