too!
I am also grateful to Julie Curran, who has straightened out
some tricky issues.
Last,I want to thank the man in Tech Support, Chris Pope, whose
help has kept me sane!
(I have to work through the State Relay when I call for help.
Most just don't have the time or patience to work this out very
well. On the otherhand, Chris has been patient and has even
called me through the Relay.)
In case some of you don't know what is involved,, I type into a
braille TDD and a "Relay Agent" voices to Chris. He, in turn,
voices his response, and the Relay Agent types it to me. As
you can see, it takes more time.
All three of these people have been a blessing!
