Hi,
I have ordered a transplant and have been told they do not know when they will get the kits in. BrailleNote is a great product but the California devision should order enough to serve their customers. I have been waiting almost a month and I am seriously considering canceling my order. I want the product but feel this is not an appropriate way to treat their customers. I wish something could be done to fix this problem.

No, I have to respectfully disagree with you on this one. You see, Humanware has told me that they don't even have the unit there to ship to me. If it were already in the mail, I could see what you're saying. However, that's not the case, and I don't know when it will be in the mail. Thanks anyway for your reply. Isaih
