One should not have to CARRY AN EXTRA CONVERTER if it has built-in from the 
factory.  Only worry about an appropriate prong when it comes to plugs. 
Nokia cell phones, laptops/notebooks, and even desktop PC's do this; so why 
not a Braille notetaker?
