Hi Terri,

I livein California and it can go up above 90 here and often over 100. I don't like to risk my BN.

My mailbox is at the endofmy driveway. Ileave books for returnin to the LIbrary down there and the Mail carrier picks themup. (I'm told they do it for anyone who asks.) Of course, I only take a few out at a time, so it is not a big deal. In any case, itismy choice.

As Ann has ointedout, many, especailllly in the deaf-blind community, do ot have Notetakers for reading books. In fact, I asked Mr. Clyke at a COnventon last year about the possiblity of NLS providing something. The answer ws somethingl ike: "Maybe some day down the raod."
