She needs to set smtp authentication to yes, and the smtp should be
smtpauth.earthlink.net

Hi folks,
Is there anyone out there using Earthlink with their mPower for
email? I have a customer who is trying to set up their unit for this.
They can get onto the Internet with their connection, but cannot retrieve
or send mail. My guess is there are specific settings that need to be
set, but I have no experience using the internal modem setting to do
this. It appears that there might be some kind of authentication options
required as they gave her port numbers, but I'm hoping someone out there
can provide better info than the Earthlink geeks. Any help would be
appreciated.
