Thank you kindly for all of your suggestions. She is still not
connecting with an authentication error, which I know is because of
some setting I'm not relaying properly to her. Could anyone write me
off list so I can get you in touch with the person needing the help.
She has already expressed a desire to speak to another BN user who
uses Earthlink.

Is there anyone out there using Earthlink with their mPower

email? I have a customer who is trying to set up their unit for
this. They can get onto the Internet with their connection, but
cannot retrieve or send mail. My guess is there are specific
settings that need to be set, but I have no experience using the
internal modem setting to do this. It appears that there might

some kind of authentication options required as they gave her
port
numbers, but I'm hoping someone out there can provide better info
than the Earthlink geeks. Any help would be appreciated.
