Hi,
That happened to me recently. Tech support guided me through doing a
service reset. I have not had trouble since.

Hi everyone.
Earlier when I turned my mPower on, I got no response at all. No
speech, no Braille, nothing!
The battery did have a charge, but just to be sure, I plugged it
in and got the same result. No message when plugging in and unplugging,
just nothing at all.
I have tried the various resets with no luck.
I will be calling tech support tomorrow afternoon, but thought I
would see if anyone on the list has any ideas.
