Scott,
I know you said you have tried all of the resets, but I will just run
through the list of resets. I will list them in the order of operation.
simple reset, reset with no keys held down.
cold reset, reset with dots 1, 2, 3, (sdf) keys held down.
Warm Reset, reset with dots 4, 5, 6, (jkl) keys held down.
Service Reset, reset with the record button held at the same time and
released at the same time.
The Service Reset isn't recommended, but if that is your last resort and if
all else fails, then go for it.
P.S. The Service Reset is only available for users who own a mPower.
I hope one of the above resets resolve the current technical difficulty you
are having.

Hi everyone.
Earlier when I turned my mPower on, I got no response at all. No speech, no
Braille, nothing!
The battery did have a charge, but just to be sure, I plugged it in and got
the same result. No message when plugging in and unplugging, just nothing
at all.
I have tried the various resets with no luck.
I will be calling tech support tomorrow afternoon, but thought I would see
if anyone on the list has any ideas.
