Hi list, this is Isaih, and it was me that first brought up the
infrared port issue, and unfortunately after speaking with tech
support, I was told that I should send my unit in to have this
problem taken care of. Obviously, after just getting my unit
less than a week ago after waiting so long for it, the last thing
I needed to hear was that I needed to send it in for repair. I
guess it is a pretty big issue that the window isn't there, but
the good thing is that once this issue is addressed, then I'll
never have to part with my precious m power again. Honestly
people, I haven't been this excited over a computer in quite
awhile, and I will be so relieved to have it home with me once
and for all. As I always do, I thank all of you for sharing in
my excitement with me, and I'll be sure to let you know when I
have my machine back. Humanware, has assured me that it won't be
very much of a wait this time, and I certainly hope that the next
few days go by very quickly. In the mean time, I still have my
classic, so I'll still be able to keep up with what's going on
out here, and learning from those of you that contribute so much
to this list. Thank you, Isaih

Yes indeed! Thank you DEAR SARAH!
I also need to extend thanks to the person who raised the
Infrared issue! I had the location of the Infrared port wrong.
Fortunately, from Sarah's descrition, I've learned that mine
DOES have a window.
