Dear Ann,

I was thinking primarily of the cost.  I believe you can use third-party 
software with it.  It doesn't have as many USB ports as the MP does.  A good 
way to learn about it is to go to the GW Micro site and download the manual. 
I read the manual a long time ago.  The speech is eloquence and I can't 
remember all of the specifics.
