Hi List,
First, I hope it isn't bad to have your case open and recharge,
otherwise I'm hurting my BrailleNote! And, yeah, my case is very
tight as well! I think it's just the nature of the beast. I've
had mine for about ten months now, and it shows no signs of
loosening up! A couple of SD cards fit in there nicely though!
