I think the way that the BrailleNote might fall out of the case is if, the 
buttons are not securely fassten. And, yes, the BrailleNote should have a 
tight fit when it it is still new, but you will "break-in" the case from 
daily use. You will still have a limited number of itemse you are able to 
put into the pouch, bubt that is just the design of the pouch and the case 
in general. It isn't meant to hold much, other than the BrailleNote and a 
few storage/wireless cards. From personal experience, I find that having a 
backup battery for the GPS reciever, a wireless card, and another 
CompactFlash card, it gets quite tight in there and begins to be difficult 
to close. But, again that is the design of the pouch and the case.
So, check the buttons, make sure they are securely fastened.
