Hello everyone,
I just got my bnqt about a month ago, and have had no problem with the case.
I have the headphones and a wireless network card in the zipped pocket, and
I have no difficulty keeping the case closed when needed.
I charge the unit with the case open.
I seem to have some battery issues, but I also think I might have a short in
the adapter and will contact HW about that.
I'm hoping I can just replace it at the booth during the nfb convention.
The machine is under warranty.

Your cate should have side pieces on it. As well as the velcro in front,
there are little tips on each side that go toward the back of the case.
With some cases, there are also snaps by the little velcro tips. When the
case is opened, and laid all the way out, the thin top part has the
zipper, and the little slots for a card. Does this sound like yours?

My bn keeps falling out of the case when I take it somewhere.
Shouldn't I be able to close the case so it doesn't do that?That

issue of concern. Believe me, I want it to stay in its case. I
pull the
top closed with the velcro but it won't stay. The only thing I

in that case right now is the bn.

I always charge it with the case open. In fact, 99 percent of
the time the
case is open, unless I'm going to be moving it and taking it
somewhere.

I rarely remove my BN from the case. In fact, I'm not sure I
understand
why it would be necessary to do so to charge the device.
One thing I do which is probably unwise, is to plug in the
charger with
the cover of the case open.
