Hello,
This post, is aimed at any listers, who have gone through the process of
sending their unit to Humanware. I've just sent off my bn for cleaning, battery
replacement, and minor repairs. I was just wondering, how long does it usually
take for Humanware to return a unit that's been sent to them? Since I'm out of
school for the summer, I won't need my unit for quite a while, but I just
thought I'd ask to get an idea as to how long I can expect to wait. This is my
first time going through this process.
