HI MIke,
It took a bit over 3 weeks for me to get my machine back after
sending it in for repair back in March.
I guess it depends as to how many machines are on the waiting
list to be repaired and stuff as to how long it takes for each
machine. I was told that there were several machines on deck,
before they could get to mine.
I was shocked when I finally received the message saying that it
was on its way back to me.
