Donna, Yes, I did (not on my mPower, but on my PC). If this happens, try the folloiwng (I've posted about this a couple months back): 1. While the file is downloading, go to Options/Support Information mode. Press space with I (Read+I). Carefully read the memory value. 2. As the download progresses, the program and storage memeory should increase. After reading the prompt, hit the same keystroke one more time (after a minute after you've pressed that keystroke). 3. Monitor this keystroke carefully. If the download is indeed in progress, both program and storage memory should increase significantly.
