Jeff:

In fact the database is on there internet. Just for fun I downloaded it
couldn't use it though because they are trying to sell it and I didn't
have the correct info. However it is there and can be obtained from the
company where codes are registered.

Subject: RE: [BrailleNote] Barcode scanning

Hello:

Bar code scanning sounds great and I'm wondering if that database would
be made available by Envision America to other manufacturers like
Humanware.
If the barcode scanner were USB or serial, I would think it could be
easily attached to an MPower.

As a curiosity, for those who have one, do you have trouble finding and
scanning the various barcodes found on packaging?? Humanware, is this
something that we might see in our future??

Thanks
Jeff
