[Braillenote] emergency help needed with pk

[So Hamm]

Hello list: My pk is not responding to anything.  It is stuck in 
the keyword menu.  I have tried a reset with button c and d held 
down.  Could someone please help me.  I plugged the adaptor in 
and it didn't even say ac adaptor on.
Please help!!!!!!
