Hi Rose,
To make sure that your sd card is being formatted properly for the
BrailleNote, with the sd card in the slot, go to the windows folder
on the keysoft system drive and run the prepair sd card for upgrade
option. You will then need to copy the upgrade file back to the sd
card and try again.
