Rose: in a message to Paul on this list I explained how I got around
this problem. You are right it doesn't work for all of us the way its
described and it took a whole night to figure it out. I made headway
once I stopped paying attention to documentation that was describing a
process that doesn't work. I believe that the problem is that the doc's
assume your upgrading an upgrade and in my case that is not the case
because my MPower is a native 7.0 install.

I did that but still have an error.  I guess, I will move the key files
and reformat the darned card and try again.  I have a day off today so I
guess I don't have anything better to do.

Use dots four and five with reset. That will start the upgrade.
