Hi all,
Rose, it does seem as if you're having trouble and that you need
assistance from Humanware. I think that sometimes it is hard for HW
staff to sort out whom they need to help first. In observing your
conduct and your obvious knowledge of things technical over the years
I've known you on the net, if you state there's a problem, then there
is. You're not one to complain or not to take sensible measures
before calling for help.
