Oh!  I hate to  tell you but it has happened to me. However, I 
just do a  simple reset and the M-Power comes to live again!  
(Thank goodness!)
The most recent example is "fatal applicaition  error."  I was 
trying to move files from  my Kingston Datapack 5GB card in the 
M-Power.  Originally, the card worked in the Classic Bn but 
apparently,  it  won't  work in the M-Power.)
