Jenny, I personally have a BrailleNote mPower BT with 18 cell display. If you need to read something quickly, 18 is preferable. If you are going to read for pleasure or proofreading, then I would recommend 32. An advantage that 18 cell users have is that if you want it, you can upgrade from an 18 cell to 32 cell unit with the fraction of a cost of buying a new unit. Personally, 18 is fine for me.
