Sarah, What's the version of KeySoft that Jen has? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sarah Lanier Sent: Thursday, July 13, 2006 2:35 PM To: 'Braillenote List' Subject: [Braillenote] Helping a friend Hi List, Jen and I have been trying to resolve her problem with word documents. I thought that perhaps using active sync to convert them to .pwd files would work, but she is unable to open any word document files. We tried creating and saving a text file (*.txt) file, and that synchronized and opened perfectly. I use Word 2003 and have no problems opening files and synchronizing them on the PC or the Braille Note...so I am at a loss as to what to suggest. Does anybody have any suggestions? We tried a reset on the Braille note.
