To delete your alert tone volume, press O-chord, (Function with
O), then the letter R. Space down to "delete alert tone volume,
and write the number zero in. Press Enter, and you're done.>

I am running keysoft 6. I have the speech turned off
but still hear the
alert tones when i backspace.
I know there is a way to turn it off. Can someone tell
