When I looked at both types of keyboards for the bn, I liked the style of the qt better. But having said that too I also feel I type faster then I braille. It comes down to what ever you feel the most comfortable with. A good friend of mine has the bt actually a few of them do. I hope you get to see both models.

The BrailleNote QT has a smaller than regular PC keyboard so if
you have small hands it may suit you well.

I find it a nice keyboard to type on despite having large paws.
