It looks like DAISY file format is the defacto standard for digital talking books in North America, but the media they put them on is CD for RFB and D, proprietary memory cards for NLS and who knows what for other producers, I'm surprised someone hasn't proposed distributing digital talking books on DVD! I really wish producers of digital talking books weren't so utterly paranoid of someone who isn't blind, dyslexic or physically handicapped getting hold of a digital title.
