rather than to read all the mail and then respond! I am amazed at how many
people want to tell us what we should do on these lists! Smiles!

At the risk of sounding both neurotic and grumpy, I would submit that, if
people actually did read all the mail before responding to the messages
that caught their attention, it would cut down on the traffic enormously!
I do that, for the most part, just leaving those messages in the in-box
that I think I might like to respond to, as I go through the mail. Nine
times out of ten, someone has already responded, and often better than I
could. Try it, you might like it. Personally, I think anything that
reduces the traffic on this list is a seriously good thing.
