Ah, now that you call it a "cartridge" it makes more sense. I suppose that SD and CF could be thought of as cartridges because they hold other things inside, but when I think cartridge, I think of the old games that my family used to own. The chips and connectors were housed inside of a larger protective case which was relatively indestructable. This makes sense.
I certainly hope that things move quickly toward making these books available to those of us who use toher equipment. Thanks! It is a new design. But I'm pretty sure that as the NLS players and cartridges go into production, adapters, cables and software revisions will become available to make these devices work together.
