Yes, try that.

The first thing you said may be the problem...I have to dial "9" first...Should I put in a comma between "9" and the phone number? For others, I don't think it's a problem cuz it worked fine and dandy when I had the classic.

Thanks!

Jeff, you are using dial up, correct? Are there any codes you have to use, such as call waiting? Have you checked authentication? Also, are you set to six or eight-dot Braille? Are you writing numbers in lower case? Do you have anything that is case sensitive, such as your password? You've probably checked all these things, but sometimes, it helps to look at them.

Subject: [Braillenote] Dialing Error 608 (or 680?)

Hello!

I just got my M-Power transplant this morning which I am very
happy because
I sent it back on June 26th... and it took alllll that time.

Anyhow, when I tried to call to get my email (Dial-U0), I
received the
message:

Dialing Error 608 (or maybe it was 680)

What does this mean, please? I checked my connection and the
information
there seemed to be correct.

Help!

Thanks!

Jeff
