I can't totally help you with this but I had the same problem with my dial
up when I got my mpower transplant.I had to erase some file in I think it
was in keymail but can't remember which one it was so maybe tech support can
help they helped me with that and things worked fine after that.

Not sure, but if you can go on the internet, type the error number into a
google search and hopefully it'll come up with results relating to that
error code. I've not seen it myself, so can't say exactly what it means.
