Hi Katie,

As I understand it, your BN cannot directly access to files stored on your
laptop when you are connected via activesync.

you will most likely need a router of some sort. You might be able to use a
network card and a crossover cable between your bn and your pc, but some one
else would need to give you the steps for this. The best way would probably
be to get an inexpensive router, and create a small home network. The router
would connect to both your bn and your laptop as well as your internet
connection. It could be a wireless router, if you've got wireless for both
your bn and laptop, or it could be an ethernet router and connect with
ethernet cables. Either way, you'll need to get an ethernet adaptor for your
bn, either a wireless card or a regular card.

If there is a way to get on a network via bluetooth, some one please chime
in here.

Rusty

Subject: [Braillenote] wireless networkquestion

Hi everyone,

Here's what I'd like to do:

create it so my laptop and mPower can network together...so I can browse my
laptop and like play songs from it using the mPower stuff like that.

So, what is necessary to do this?

Thanks,

Katie
